Purchaser’s attorney sent a signed agreement for sale, draft requisitions on title and draft transfer to mortgagee for review since 12.11.2025. Updated by Buyer’s attorney 02.12.2025

OEW sent an email to mortgagee’s attorney and is looking forward to a favorable response so that the process can move forward sooner rather than later. Updated by OEW 02.12.2025

After a non-response from the mortgagee’s first attorney, OEW sent another email to another attorney in the organization who was professional and responded (email sent Dec 17). OEW copied the same email/message to sensitize a greater group in the organization to assist our client. OEW is hopeful/prayerful that someone will help our client. Updated by OEW 22.12.2025
