The story we want to tell on the exterior of ALORA is one that fuses natural stone elements with natural wood elements giving this property a sense of warmth and depth from the exterior that seeps through into the details on the interior. it is a deeper, warmer approach to a crisp facade, but still successfully offers simple caribbean luxury at its core

As we enter into the main lobby areas of the building large format natural textured stone tiles with crisp white walls are the basis of the design with large picture windows to the exterior. the focal point wall is a porcelain tile texture on the  ground floor and a wooden staircase feature. tropical inspired wall paper as a feature on the upper walls, bringing the outdoors in. A sophisticated colour palette allows these spaces to be well suited to the building and timeless.

Within the units, we carry our warm natural stone large format tile through all living spaces. this is paired with crisp white walls and met with warm wooden tones in kitchen cabinets, closets and bathrooms with the use of black fixtures and features to ground the areas.

The roofdeck is a special moment for this development allowing for views on views and a wow factor for entertaining the object of this roofdeck is to be multi use with entertaining as the back bone it will have a roof top pool and lounging area, a bar and bbq station with pergola, space for dining as well as firepit for lounging.
