To gain more exposure to your properties and to help potential clients navigate finding your properties on a platform hashtags are the answer. The following are examples of hashtags. You will create your own hashtags that are specific to you or your company. OEW is used as an example.

HOW IT WORKS:
When a client views your property the hashtags will be placed at the bottom of your page. If the person clicks on the hashtag the following will happen. NOTE: you cannot use hyphens or spaces in hashtags.

IMPORTANT: Limit the name of hashtags so that they are specific to what you want the viewer to see. In other words, do not place a for sale hashtag and a for rent hashtag in the same post. What will happen is rentals and sales will show together if the buying viewer clicks. If the viewer is looking at sales, keep it as sales.

#OEW_Properties	This will show all of OEW’s properties on Facebook (both sales and rentals will have this hashtag
#OEW_PropertiesForSale	This would only show OEW properties that are for sale
#OEW_3Bed_Sale	This would only show OEW’s 3-bedroom houses that are for sale.
#VIP_Lounge_PropetiesForSale	This would show all of For Sale Properties in the VIP lounge Grp.
