Here we detail our co-broking terms with agents that are willing to work with On Eagles Wings Inc. 

RENTALS:

  1. If OEW shares a rental close with an Agent (property or client) the commission ratio is 50/50%.

  2. If OEW (Connecting Agent) is connecting two agents, one with a property and the other with a client the commission will be applied as a percentage but no less than $300.00 BBD. 
  • The percentage to be applied is 20% to the final commission. 
  • The agent with the client will pay 10% of their earnings from the total commission.
  • The agent with the property will pay 10% of their earnings from the total commission.
    We believe the above terms to be fair. If OEW plays the connecting role this brings value to both Agents. 

       3. The Real Estate Assistant to the connecting agent will be paid a flat $100.00 on each rental that they have successfully contributed to. This arrangement will be for four months of training. 

SALES:

  1. If OEW shares a sales close with an Agent (Property or client) the commission ratio is 50/50% (plus VAT if applicable).

  2. If OEW (Connecting Agent) is connecting two agents, one with a property and the other with a client the commission will be applied as a flat payment.
  • For properties under $500,000, the payment will be $3,000 (Agent 1 = $1,500 plus Agent 2 = $1,500)
  • For properties in excess of $500,000, the payment will be $5,000 (Agent 1 = $2,500 plus Agent 2 = $2,500)
    We believe the above terms to be fair. If OEW plays the connecting role this brings value to both Agents.

    DEFINITIONS:

    Connecting Agent knows the two Agents (one with the client / one with the property) and reaches out to connect them. 
    Real Estate Assistant to the Senior Agent helps with matching the property to the client who is looking. 

      3.  The Real Estate Assistant to the connecting agent will be paid a flat $500.00 on each sale that they have successfully contributed to. This arrangement will be for four months of training. 

CLOSED SALE

  1. After the client decides to buy, the agent with the house that has the listing agreement must share the copy that confirms the commission on sale with the property owner. This would confirm that the 50/50 is being split on the agreed amount between property owner and agent. 

The noted terms are subject to modification and should only be used as a guideline to our business relationship.
